Sales Women International™ Group Coaching is a coaching conversation held between 8-10 people on a call weekly for four consecutive weeks.  The process allows for individual coaching while including input and idea generation from peers.  A certified SWI coach leads each weekly discussion constructing the agenda from the ideas and needs of the group.  Members of the group are accountable to one another and have weekly assignments to work on.  Group coaching is like having your own mastermind group to help you solve problems, identify key actions, and energize your dreams as you reach greater levels of success.
