Three women sat around a table at a local coffee shop discussing the kind of business that would make a difference in today’s world. Sharing their ideas with one another, they discovered a range of talents from consulting and coaching, to sales performance to building and launching small businesses. They realized that a gap existed in professional sales training for women-women didn’t have access to professional sales training that developed them in all aspects of their lives. That conversation became the foundation of SWI- a business that focuses on the professional and personal development of saleswomen-whether an emerging top saleswoman in a Fortune 500 company, a woman in a new sales career path, or an entrepreneur in her own business.
SWI is a member driven association that provides tools and resources for advancing our skills as saleswomen. These resources are integrated into a holistic framework which includes a focus on the body, mind, and soul as members design their individual pathways to success. The mantra “Go Beyond Great” means that we do not have stopping points in our own growth and development and that it is possible to reach beyond our own self-imposed limitations into all that we can be.
